The snowflake look~~~

Hey all

Feel so bludgy today, as it is Sunday here. So decided to play around with my make up.. ehehe

So here's what I used today..

Products

- Mac Studio Fix Fluid in NC 20

- Mac Mineralised Skinfinish Natural Duo (forgot to include in the photo)

- Nars Laguna bronzer

- Nars DT blush

- NYX flamingo eye shadow

- NYX deep purple eye shadow

- Mac technikal eyeliner in graphblack

- L'oreal liquid eyeliner in Mica black

- Maybelline Define a lash mascara

- Revlon lipgloss in glossy rose

So the RESULT?? DATAH ~~~~lol..

You see my cheeks?? they are chubby right?? but who cares I'm loving the Laguna bronzer and DT blush combination.. makes you look like you have natural blush.. and SOOO pretty.. I'm in LOVE =p I heard a youtube guru say in one of her videos that DT is right in the middle of pink and peach so therefore it goes well with nearly every look you trying to create... It's SOOO true..

Here's a closer look at my eye make up.. HAHAHA you can see that I didn't blend them evenly. SAD.. don't laugh, that's because I'm still a NOOB at eyeshadows.. T__T but some how when I open my eyes they looked alright.. LOL..

Here's another pic of my cheek and eyemake up.. I just realise that the look matches with my shirt also purple.. HAHAHA what a coincidence...

So this is the result of my boredom.. So yeah... I highly highly recommend buying NARS blush.. if you don't buy one, atleast go to the counter and TRY it on.. then you will get hooked like me =p

I think I will reconsider buying other colours, because I have what I needed already. So my next target is to try out their lipsticks.. I wanna senorita and dolce vita..

So did you guys have a good weekend?? had fun??? I went to play badminton with friends.. and because of such lack of exercise my body is aching like crazy....

any ways, that's all for now.. tomorrow is MONDAY again.. sigh my monday blues...

[] Brown Tree with Pink Apples[]

HiHi...

You may ask, what's up with my post title.. well.... it's a hint to the look I did today... hehehe..

So.. Brown tree means a brown earthen toned eyes but with a bit of green touch.. because all trees have a trunk and leaves right??? as for the pink apples.. well if it's an apple tree then it's gota have apples.. hence the pink colour on cheek.. ^___^ I know i'm blabing on about absolutely nothing.. but I should get on with the main part of this post..

Here's the steps to how to achieve the look for eyes. I tried to take close shot of my eyes it turned out really blur.. So instead I tried to take photos in a reasonable distance but the flash changed the true colour.. So i had to take it in normal yellow lighting but the photos are a bit dim.... so I don't know...

I used Baby bath all over lid, use Floating feather to highlight brow bones, then use In the garden for 80 % mobile lid, and use Cypress at the V (outter corner) of the eyes to give that Green touch. and BLEND!!! blend like you have never BLEND before.. Ok i'm exaggerating, but do blend..SO here's two photos of my face & eyes without flash.. hopefully can see the eye make up..

So yeah.. It's kind of yellow and dark with out the flash and a bit blurred for some reason ><.. My camera is Sony Cyber Shot 5.1 Megapixel and turns out like this.. how disappointing????!!!

any ways.. The following photos are with flash... and further away so can see the whole effect..

So that's about it... I was thinking may be the cheeks are too PINK??? hehe but suits the theme...Personally wouldn't do that for normal every day look... P.S.. I got heaps of grey shirts.. hehe I love grey.. so yeah...

I saw some pictures on a magazine called "MINA". It's a japanese magazine but gets published in Taiwan as well. The MAKEUP looks SOOOO pretty.. and Her HAT is SOOO cool.. I bet Fuzkittie is lemming it =p

OMG when I see Purple.. I'm just like @___@ PRETTY ~~~ LOL.. I know i'm crazy.. But I tried to imitate the look.. but I don't think I did good good job of it >___<>

Hey all
Have been Kinda busy lately doing some work on my thesis and spending more time with family and my bf. But I recently got a new postage and here's something I want to share with you guys.
Kanebo []Kate[] New Style & Products.

I think the model Looks PRETTY and really elegant not too over the top.

So Here is What I got, I got the Eyeshadow in Br-2 and Rouge Lips in BE 30, The two items are exactly what the model used. She also used Kate's new gel eyeliner in black which I didn't purchase I used mac's black track fluidline instead. Practically the same thing I think.

How to Use the eye shadow:

- Use A to cover the mobile eyelid and highlight the brow bone and use at the inner corner of the eye to brighten it up

- Use B to cover about 80-90% of the movile eyelid.
- Use C as a liner close to the top eyelid lash line

- Use D just in the middle of the Mobile eyelid to give it a dimension

- Use E for 1/3 of the outter corner near the lower eye lashes

- Complete the eye look with the Gel eyeliner in blacktrack

- Add Mascara

- Use Kate Rouge Lipstick in BE-30

and You're done; set to go. SO how did it turn out for me??? take a look your self..

So for me, I like the look. Not too orangey too weird and a touch of green makes it not boring like the typical earthen tone eye shadow. and the Quality of both lipstick and Eyeshadow are great. I LOVE IT.........

OK I have a confession to make=p.. I'm contacts crazy now ><>

So I went off to get my self another set of cosmetic contacts from circlens2u.com So the last one I got was DM 23 Grey.. so I fell in love in grey.. I got another grey one.. this time I got the Geo's Nude Grey. People say It makes you look blind. But I didn't think so. I have decided to get the Coastal Scents 28 neutral color eye shadow pallet and and I got empty pans and pallet to press all my lose ones in...

WAVY hair & FOTD

Hey all..
I think i'm loving these new contact lenses.. HAHAHAHA it's a new addiction.. before it was my bb cream collection.. now is contact lenses.. any hows.. ignore my craziness and blabing on =p..

I did a swatch of the new NYX eye shadows I got.. here's a picture..

I waved my hair today.. going out once in a while=p.. and so thought my every day straight hair is BORING.. so before i got changed I took a photo of my wavy hair.. and I'm finally using my Laura Mercier oil-free Tinted Moisturizer..(lol the name is soo long).. It doesn't look as pale as my bb cream... but I love it.. cuz it doesn't make my face so OILY... i have combination skin.. and get oily after couple hours ><.. may be the MAC blotting powder helps??? here's some Pictures.. you guys think that I look a bit more mature with wavy hair??? compare to my straight hair??hehehe

New Lenses & FOTD

Hey all

I'm so happy cuz I just received my new contact lenses. they are the Deuba DM 23 Grey.

They are actually more comfortable than the magic black ones.. the magic black ones are weird.. they never really settled down after I wore them for 15 min even. mostly, the contacts I wear would settle down and fit into my eyes pretty well after 10-15 min. Any ways.. I'm surpose to do a swatch on the new NYX eye shadows but the photos turned out to be kind of blurry so I will retake the pictures another time.

btw.. My top eyelid's eye shadow blending is TERRIBLE... u can't even see it when I opened my eyes.. so i don't dare to show you guys how it looks ><>

In this photo you can see the warm soul on the side.. looks really pretty.. I love it.. I personally didn't really like Nuance.. found it a bit too light and peachy on my skin.. a bit weird.. but I Fell in LOVE with Warm Soul.. Highly Recommended.. hehe That's all for today..

New Contact Lense

Hey all

It's been a while, just received my results from uni on friday.. did pretty good for this semester i think.... hehe so i'm happy.. plus i just got my new contact lenses from circlelens2u.com I know that Nic Nic has been telling every one not to get the Magic Black Lenses, but i read her review on them after i purchased them. so it's a bit too late.

Any ways, planning to purchase the Elipse Grey, and the Darli Brown or Elipse Hazel. not too sure yet. they look really pretty on the website.

This is my first FOTD picture.. so i donno how people will repond to this.. it may be scary.. the lenses does look really BLACK after i put it on. I look like some sort of ALIEN.... kinda scary.
